Special rates have been negotiated at the Manchester Grand Hyatt, where the Congress will take place, as follows (rates include free wireless internet access in guest rooms).  Rooms must be booked by July 10 in order to receive this rate. 

Single/Double:  $199/night

Triple:               $224/night

Quadruple:        $249/night

Regency Club:   $75 upgrade (based on availability)

Government rate is also available and may be booked online.
